Terms and Conditions

It is important that you read and understand these terms, as they apply to all products, plans, and services provided through HandySIM platforms. These terms define how you can purchase, change, top up, or cancel products, plans, and services purchased from these websites and platforms. By using our platforms or websites, you agree to be bound by us and accept these terms unconditionally.

Who We Are

HandySIM LTD ("us", "we", or "our", depending on the context) provides online services for searching and purchasing international roaming service plans, whether for mobile data, calls, or text messages. These services are available to people worldwide through our websites and platforms.

HandySIM LTD is not a telephone service operator and bears no responsibility for determining or controlling prices within existing options. All products are provided by third parties and are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Our websites and platforms are provided by HandySIM LTD, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in the United Kingdom.

You must know and understand the terms listed below before using our services:

  • If you use and purchase a product from our platforms or websites, you must ensure that you have read and understood the relevant terms of the product provider (operator), and that you are familiar with the detailed description of the plans you have purchased.
  • We are an agent that sells and resells services through our platforms and websites. By using our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to you for these products, plans, and services, as this is the responsibility of the operator (product provider).
  • All claims in connection with these products, plans, and services purchased through our platforms and websites must be directed to the Product Provider (the third party). Products, plans, and services are subject to the terms of the product provider.
  • If you use our platforms and websites, you will also be subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • We may change these Terms at any time at our discretion. If these Terms are amended, we will post the revised terms and conditions, and you will be deemed to have accepted any changes. If you do not accept all of these Terms, you may not use our websites or platforms.

Definitions

We use several definitions and terms that you should be familiar with:

  • Order Confirmation means the email confirmation you receive from us, containing a full description of the purchased products, plans, or services, how to use them, etc.
  • Product, Plan, or Service means a product offered for sale on our websites and platforms. Hereinafter referred to as PLAN/PLANS.
  • Service Provider (Mobile Network Operator) means the third party that operates the product for which you make a purchase on our websites and platforms. Hereinafter referred to as OPERATOR.
  • Mobile Plan Provider Terms means the terms and conditions of the respective service provider (operator) of the mobile plans you purchase from us.
  • Website, Platform, and App means all types of HandySIM LTD platforms (websites, apps, etc.) that you use to purchase plans, top up plans, or use services from us. Hereinafter referred to as Platform/Platforms.

Our Liability to You

We act only as a company that delivers various types of international roaming plans from various types of Operators (third parties) regarding all products found on our platforms. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We are not responsible for the performance and quality (such as coverage, signal, etc.) of the plans, nor are we liable if the plans you book do not meet your requirements or are not suitable for you.
  • We assume no liability for any losses or damages you may suffer.
  • We are not responsible for the information you provide on the platforms (including any email address or contact number provided when purchasing plans), even if that information is incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
  • We are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or defaults of any Operator or third party providing the Plans you purchased through our platforms.
  • We are not liable if you need to purchase a replacement product due to the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any Operator or third party providing the original Product(s).
  • We are not liable for the use of products for the purposes of your trade, business, craft, or profession (including any loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data).
  • We advise you that it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient time for the use of the product(s) you have booked.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any losses that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of our platforms is limited to the price of your purchase (including any fees for it) under these terms.

Products, Plans, and Operators

Although our platforms allow you to purchase various types of plans and services, they are managed by different international third-party product operators. When you use our platforms to purchase plans, products, or services, you unconditionally acknowledge and agree that:

  • The purchase of a plan (package, product) creates a relationship (contract) between you and the respective service operator, and you expressly undertake to be familiar with their terms of use.
  • Each service operator’s terms govern the provision of different types of plans and packages and are separate from our terms and conditions, which govern the purchase of them through our platforms.
  • Any claims you may have regarding the plans (products or services) must be made against the respective operator (service provider).
  • By using our platforms, you agree that you have read and understood the Operator's Terms relating to the product(s) you purchased.

Return and Refund Policy

Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom states that contracts for the provision of leisure services on a specific date (or for a specific period) are exempt from the 14-day "refund" period applicable to selected online goods and services. The 14-day cooling-off period therefore does not apply to services and plans made from our platforms; hence, cancellation is subject to these terms.

HandySIM LTD follows the operator's policy (general terms and conditions) for the purchased plan or service. The customer must be aware of and agree to the following before making a purchase:

Once an eSIM has been downloaded/installed and/or the package has been activated, the customer is eligible for a full or partial refund, as applicable, only if:

  1. The service does not work or stops working due to a genuine product defect or other technical malfunctions in the product or service.
  2. A solution to the problem is not provided for more than 24 business hours after the customer has provided all necessary information to HandySIM LTD at info@handysim.com.

Cancellation – a refund is possible only if the eSIM has not been downloaded/activated in cases such as:

  1. Incompatible device: The customer's device cannot use the service due to hardware or software limitations.
  2. Change of mind: The customer no longer wants or needs the product or service.
  3. Cancellation/refund fees will apply in accordance with the respective operator's policies.

Eligibility for a refund DOES NOT APPLY in the following cases:

  • Failure to seek help: The customer has not contacted HandySIM LTD to diagnose the situation and receive assistance in activating the service.
  • Customer-caused damage: Whether voluntarily or by mistake, the customer has damaged/invalidated the product (e.g., deleting the eSIM, damaged or lost device, factory reset, etc.).
  • Wrong purchase: The customer purchased and activated the wrong product by mistake, including cases where the customer is in an uncovered country or has no network coverage as specified in the product description.
  • Partially used products and services: Including cases where the customer has moved outside the eligible network coverage area.
  • Dissatisfaction with network performance: It is the customer's obligation to check the coverage for a given country from the operator before purchase.

Delivery

Most products sold on our platforms (such as eSIM profiles, top-ups, data and voice add-ons, etc.) will be delivered immediately, with the relevant information displayed on the screen and sent to the user via email. The partner service provider may separately inform the user through its own systems (such as an SMS message) regarding the successful purchase of the product.

Refunds

  • If the Operator charges the user for a service that is not delivered due to a technical or logistical issue originating from the Operator's systems, and the Operator cannot fix the issue within 48 hours after the user has provided all necessary information, the user is entitled to a full refund.
  • The Operator will track and identify such issues through its own systems and process refunds automatically.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the method used.
  • HandySIM LTD's maximum liability will be the amount paid for the products. HandySIM LTD will not be liable for any damages, third-party costs, or alternative costs arising from the service not being delivered or working as advertised.
  • HandySIM LTD will attempt to mediate between the end user and the service provider but in no way guarantees that a refund will be possible. The company may, at its discretion, decide to partially or fully refund the user.

Usage Permissions

You agree that you are authorized to visit, view, and retain a copy of pages of this site for your personal use only and that you will not duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute the materials on this site/platform for any purpose other than personal use. The content and software are the property of HandySIM LTD. This site may not be used for commercial purposes. You must obtain prior written consent from HandySIM LTD to make commercial offers of any kind.

Copyright Policy

HandySIM LTD may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this site/platform to infringe copyrights. By submitting information, you warrant that the information does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties. Materials are the intellectual property of HandySIM LTD and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

Your Account

By using the HandySIM LTD site/platforms, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The site is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this section.
